Fresh install of WMS 3.8 Issues.

I have a few small clients that use Wyse 3040 clients to connect to various RDS servers and I want to manage them remotely. I have been using the Dell hosted services but for the number of devices at this stage (10-15), it does not make sense to pay for the service so I am trying to setup a wms server of my own.

It install properly but I get stuck when trying to enable the email alert. I enter the correct info but I get error: Unable to Process Request.

I use smtp2go for smtp services and seldom have any issues but this gives me no clue as to why it fails.
