Failed install Windows Update Package on Wyse 5470 through Dell WMS

Hello,

I am trying to push windows security update on our Wyse 5470 Win10IoT device but got error:

Failed - [Name: windows10.0-kb5008218-x64_66e07f2fc23728ca0b8f395df15da52546e45e45.msu Description:Installation failed. Unknown error (0x80240017), installation return value -2145124329 Status: INSTALL_FAILED]

Wyse 5470 - Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809

There is .msu package so according to documentation I did not set any installation parameters.
