Dell Wyse Management Suite Error After Updating Wyse 3040 to 9.1 OS
Using Web/Cloud Dell Wyse Management Suite version - WMS 3.1 559
Updated a Wyse 3040 from 8.6 OS to 9.1 OS
When attempting to manage device in Web Console get the following error
WMS Server was unable to complete your request due to internal error or misconfiguration.
I am able to manage other devices still on the 8.6 OS
Has anyone else ran into this? Thanks

Hi There
We're facing the exact same issue but it was caused after updating a 5070 thinOS from 8.6 to 9.1 instead of a 3040 device. Console-version is the same.
Error-message when trying to go in device details in the wms console "wms server was unable to complete your request due to internal error or misconfiguration".
We're not sure if it was cause by the firmware or by the bios update that we did at the same time for thinOS 9.1.
Did you get any further on this or have you opened up a case with dell? we'll probably go ahead and do so in the future.

After the WMS 3.1.1 Update this weekend I am now able to manage 9.1 OS Devices in the Wyse Management Console. I did how ever since my device was already updated to 9.1 OS use the Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool to reload my thin device and enter my group code. I was then able to see and manage my device.
I am going to attempt another update from 8.6 os to 9.1 and see how it goes. Thanks
