Dell SupportAssist "The parameter is incorrect"

Hi all,

I was facing the Dell SupportAssist issue due to unable to run the software correctly on my laptop (Inspiron N5110). Every time when I try to run the Dell Support Assist it will pop out the "SupportAssist has stopped working" window then I select the 'Check online for solution and close the program' and then follow with "The parameter is incorrect" window. I already try to unistall the program and reinstall it by download the software from Dell website but it won't solve my problem and become more worst even try to install it also pop out the "The parameter is incorrect" window. Sometime it will pop out a window ask about want to run the 'Dell SupportAssist ' or not when getting start the window with black background. 

May I know what is the solution for this problem? Your support is very appreciate.
