Logging into WDM 5.7.2 Workgroup

I am very new to this so I apologize in advanced. I installed a fresh installation of 5.7.2 Workgroup.  I have done this multiple times.  I am never able to log into the Web UI with any account.  I attempt to log in with the DB account and the repository account and nothing ever works.  I have the installation guide and there is nothing in there that definitively says what account to use to log into the Web UI.  If there is anything I am missing, please let me know.
