WDM 5.7.2 Enterprise Unlicensed Clients
Good day
i have a WDM Server with 1069 licenses for WDM Enterprise currently running ver 5.7.2. with in that i currently only have 901 active Wyse ThinClients in the console. We've recently purchased 16 Wyse Windows 10 ioT devices but the device manager does not want to license them event though have over enough licenses.
I know that a similar posts have been about issues like that but i have tried deleting older clients to see if it frees up a license, installed the newest hagent etc but this has not solved the problem either.
Please assist urgently!

Are you using the MMC console or WEBUI? This was supposedly fix in 5.7.2. You may want to contact technical support on this issue.

I'm using the mmc console.
I'll contact support and revert back.

This is one of the top results on Google for this issue so I wanted to post my "solution". We are running 5.7.2 WDM and it is a bug in the MMC console. Login to the WebUI and you will be able to add the client to the license. You can then use MMC console to manage it if need be.
