WDM 5.5 wont install with can't find rapport4.mdf (Solved!)

Clean install of WDM 5.5 Workstation on 2008 R2 Server logged in as the Domain Administrator.  All prerequisites met.  All components install except for "database" which fails with some log entry about not being able to find "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wyse\WDM\Database\Rapport4.mdf".  I can past the path into run, open the folder and there it sits.  To work around this I jumped to the WYSE directory before it got to the failure point and gave the user everyone full access which was probably overkill but solved the problem.  Quite possibly, just changing the permission of the database folder or the database and the log file would have done the trick.  Figured I would share my solution should it prevent the frustration of the long install multiple times for any other users.
