WDM 5.0 and WDM 5.5 server - Remote Shadow - To log on as a different user or an administrator (press and hold SHIFT key) not working

In WDM server (I tried on WDM 5.0 and WDM 5.5), there is Remote Shadow where you can use to view client's screen. However, if the client is configured to automatic logon, I CAN"T send shift key will clicking on logon in order to get to log on as a different user or an administrator.

Anyone has a solution for this?
