T50 Won't redirect USB

Hello All,

I am hoping I posted this in the right spot. We purchased a T50, and for some reason we cannot get the USB redirection to work properly. If we attach a thumb drive, it shows in the server session, but you get a permission error when you try to access it. Tried to upgrade the firmware, but I cannot locate the USB install tool software. Any help is appreciated.
