Newbie and not sure how to get started

We've got 150 V90L thin clients using Go-Global for remote access to servers. I've downloaded and installed Device Manager and would like to use it to upgrade software and settings on all thin clients. I also see from many forum posts that imaging thin clients is a popular process with DM.

Did all of you teach yourselves how to create scripts and deployment packages? Are there any Wyse DM experts or consultants that could help us jump start the process?
