Distributing Packages through WDM 4.8.5 only prompts Thin Clients to Update Agent

Software Version: WDM 4.8.5
O/S: Windows Embedded Standard 2009
Hardware: C90LEW Thin Client

I am really enjoying Script Builder and have created software packages for distribution. However, whenever using the Package Distribution Wizard to push the package to any Thin Client (C90LEW), each and every Thin Client is prompted to update the HAgent. I click OK, the thin client reboots, so I push the package again, and get the same prompt to update the agent again. This happens everytime, so I cannot successfully distribute any package. The HAgent never updates. I can run quick executions and diagnostics, reboot the clients, but cannot distribute packages, and when I run Remote Task Manager, no information shows up.

So, I tried distributing the HAgent for WES via the WDM, and the thin client locks stating to not disconnect from network or shut down the device. However, 3 hours later, it was still at this point. It should not be taking this long to update a tiny HAgent. Please advise. Thank you.
