Device not being discovered

Device not being discovered

I am testing WDM 4.8 with an evaluation copy of PC Extender. I have opened up TCP ports 80, 280, and 443 on the network firewall to/from the client subnet and the WDM server. I have tried several times to discover the client from WDM using an IP Range discovery, and the device will not show up. I also went to the client itself and entered the server IP information into the WDM configuration screen, and still nothing. I need some information on what may be preventing the device from being discovered.
