XPS 8930, Windows 11, WiFi adapter not working
WiFi adapter is not working since Windows 11 update. So far, I have tried
1. Updating all drivers.
2. Uninstall device in device manager and rebooting.
3. "Network reset" under Advanced Network settings.

I just found the solution someone else posted in Dell community here. In the above screen in the Device Manager, click on driver, manually select the Qualcomm driver instead of the default Microsoft driver. That fixed it. I have basic support and Dell support wanted me to pay $99 for a 'software' issue.
