Windows 11 keeps crashing on my XPS 15 9570

I have a about 2 years old xps 15 9570 machine and did upgraded to windows 11 on Nov. 11, 2021.  My fault I should not do this. It is a nightmare it keeps crashing randomly.  The worst one was past Wednesday I open zoom it crashed 3 times during 1.5 hours.  Searched on-line and uninstalled dell assist as some one recommended.  Didn't help a lot.

Does Dell have any solutions?

Anybody in this community has same issue?

Thanks

You can open task manager and disable SA from running. That would mean manually downloading drivers and the BIOS updates (which is a blessing in disguise), but will keep the system from downloading everything Dell related. Windows 11 is new and bugs will be present until probably mid 2022 when they have the update rollout finished.

Out of curiosity which Intel CPU do you have installed?

Intel core i5-8300H 2.30GHz

BTW: I figured out the major factor which cause system crashes if there are more factors.

Dell SupportAssist will definitely make my system crash.

Last week after I uninstalled this one, I did not get single crash for over 5 days, but it happened again last night, and then I found out SupportAssist is installed again automatically. I uninstalled it again and will keep eyes on it.

Searched online and found there are many users who complained the Dell SupportAssist causing many issues.

My question to Dell will be: if it is known problem to this services why do not fix it?

If you DO NOT WANT to fix it, then please give users a easy way to disable it automatically installation without any notification.

I have the same issue and now my computer constantly reboots. The last update patch for Windows 11 has bricked my computer. I tried disabling multiple things and now the computer will not stop rebooting.

Great, but what is SA, did you mean DA like in Dell Assistant?
