wildtangent?

Wild tangent is the pre-loaded game software. You may have deleted the program, but start up still looks for it.

Is there any way I can fix this??

If you deleted the program, see if Add /remove programs will remove it (Wildtangent that is). You can remove the Wildtangent from the start up too. If you good at registry editing you might go there, if not wait on better info fom someone here.

I believe WildTangent is malware of some kind.  I deleted it and haven't had any problems with anything.

 

Running AdAware will bring it up as a problem every time.

How do you remove wildtangent from your start up?  Is it easy?

Thank you everyone so much for your help!  I was able to figure it out and I am so glad I found this.  It is a very useful resource that I will undoubtedly use again in the future!!
