Very bad performances DELL Inspiration 15 3000

I bought this model last year, from day 1 itself, cant able to work on this laptop. That much lag and get hanged when am tried to click anything. asked the shop person to ensure the issues, but they told as to keep on update the OS. Still facing issues till now. i never seen this slowness and hanging in any model. only frustration remains.

If anyone knows how to resolve this issues means please write to me. It will helpful to me

The base 3000 does not come with HDD and I'm fairly sure the CPU and sometimes first bank of ram is soldered on. Larger 2TB NVME 2280 will help as will adding more ram. 4 gigs is useless when the integrated GPU steals 2 gigs of ram. thats also why some of them are 12 gigs max because the upper ram is soldered to the motherboard. You can add a single 8 gig dimm to get 12 but thats it. how expandable depends on which exact model. thats why I listed them all.
