Rundll error loading C:\Winnt\cfgmgr51.dll The specified module cannot be found message

I keep getting this message when my desktop loads up, and I have to click ok to get rid of it.  Is there any way to stop this from happening, or to correct the problem?

The message I get is........... Rundll error loading C:\Winnt\cfgmgr51.dll
It says: " the specified module cannot be found."  Thanks for any help you can give me.

I ran a Microsoft Anti-Spyware program, and it cleaned out a load of spyware earlier today.  It says my pc is clean now, but I still have the problem I described in my initial post.  Thanks fireberd

Everything I find doing a search with google suggest the cfgmgr51.dll is spyware.

Do a full spyware scan with AdAware or Spybot (I use AdAware) and see if you can get rid of it.

You may also want to check the Dell Hijack this forum section, too  http://delltalk.us.dell.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack

I have the Microsoft spyware program but I still find entries with AdAware.  Apparently not 1 program will catch it all.
