Relocate the DELLSUPPORT partition
I want to move (clone) the DELLSUPPORT partition on to another hard disk and give it a new UUID.
What would I need to update with the new UUID so whatever was using it knows where its is now?

After cloning are you planning to install new HDD and remove the old one.
In that case nothing is required, BIOS would automatically recognize Dell Support partition and even if it doesn't you can run supportAssist within OS and it will create the Dell support Partition on the new drive.
