OOBE skips networking failure
Does the Microsoft system installation package on October 5th prevent the command prompt (shift+f10) from being called during the OOBE process? I have a machine that cannot skip the networking after reinstalling the system. I want to know if this is an isolated case.

Solved. After testing 3 computers in total, it was finally determined that the keyboard of the first laptop was broken, and all machines that reinstalled the system required FN+shift+F10
