Is Dell Vostro 3584 eligible for Windows 11?
Hello everyone. I am an owner of a Dell Vostro 3584 laptop, which I purchased in February 2020. Guessing from what I have read so far, the only incompatibility with the requirements that Microsoft set for upgrading to Windows 11 is my Intel Core i3-7020U processor. Do you think that I will be able to proceed to a clean installation of Windows 11 when they become available? Thanks for your time.

The requirements are changing. This video spells it out rather clearly. But in a nutshell there are clear signs that MS is relaxing the requirements. For example ASUS is offering Windows 11 compatible BIOS upgrades for a number of their Gen 6 and 7 motherboards. Also it appears that if a system does not meet the requirements, a user will be able to download and install using a Windows 11 image from MS. The loophole is that those users may be warned that their Windows 11 will be unsupported but no one knows what that means specifically. It may mean for auto updates but manually downloading updates will be fine. Again the video spells it out much better than I could.
So hang in there since when Windows 11 RTM comes out you may see quite a different situation than was first released by MS.
So to summarize do I think you will be able to clean install Windows 11, yes it looks very good for your chances.
