Error message

I am also getting an error message everytime the system goes to the windows page. It says "driver blocked due to compatability issues" and gives details. Driver is Sonic Solutions DLA, published by Sonic Solutions. Another problem is everytime I try to log off of Netzero the program stops responding and I have to go into task manager to close the program.  Help?

You've posted in the wrong forum section.  Your issues have nothing to do with Dell Ink Jet printers.
 
However, DLA is incompatible with Vista and if that is the problem, uninstall DLA. 
 
The Netzero problem is for Netzero.

Sonic DLA is from Roxio and there is a driver update for that.  Just go to your windows update and install updates from there.
