Dell.com defaults to China region/language

I am in the United States, when I go to dell.com, I get the Chinese site.

All settings in my browser/operating system are set to English. I also tried this on my personal cell phone using cellular network and I get the Chinese site as well.

All my coworkers in US and Canada are getting the Chinese site when they visit dell.com.

To get the English US site, I have to add /en-us after the url.

Is this a recent and intended change?

Have the same issue.

PS> SOLUTION:
Go to Dell.com. In upper right corner there is Globe icon and CN/CN next to it. Click on it then click again on Americas tab and choose United States/English.
Problem solved!

Same issue, two different clients I support.  https://www.dell.com comes up, but default to Chinese or Taiwanese.

It appears that the issue has been fixed.

Now dell.com correctly redirects automatically to dell.com/en-us.
