DELL you are lacking support for key Latitude Laptops! Where is your Windows 10 Support for these models!

A statement from a dell person said if your comp isnt on the list it may never be?! WHAT!?

I have 3 latitudes, E6410, E6420 and E6320 that are not currently on that list, are you telling me it never will be! that is Unacceptable!

thats not the only line. I have a inpiron 17110, less than 4 years old, and that has been abandoned too. If this is how dell treats their midage devices now, i'm never getting a dell again.

It seems all of these computers are 4+ years old and from what I've been able to tell, if the majority of a particular model is still under warranty, then they have acquired drivers for it, if not they  are not on the list. A lot of it could also be the companies that made the chipsets simply have not made any updated drivers for those models that support windows 10.

If it was a hardware driver causing the issue, that would be a perfectly valid excuse. However, its not. In my case, dell's quickset software is to blame for the problem ive been having. Without it, my keyboard functions and screen controls disappear, but with it, the entire screen becomes a jumbled mess about every 3 min or so and continues until i press my keyboard's "sleep screen" button. Quickset was apparently replaced a few years back, but no statements have been made about its compatibility with the inspiron line.
