DELL Update does not work after Windows 11 Upgrade Installation.

What is the exact model number of your system?

XPS 15 9500. Thank you for trying to help. It seems to work fine now. Like everything else, it must have been teething problems in DELL's relationship with Windows 11. Thank you once again! 

I tried that and it did not work for me.

I have a 5 yr old XPS 13 9360. Great laptop and have never had an issue until the Windows 11 update, which I waited until recently to go with, figuring things must have settled down by now. I started having random shutdowns, that said the user initiated a Power Off command in my Event Viewer > Windows System Logs. I have found a few resources that have helped in general, but this forum has helped additionally by having me just uninstall Dell Support Assistant. Now I wonder if the Dell Update program is even needed for me because of the age of this computer. I don't mind putting a recurring item in my calendar to every 6 months, say, check for any h/w or f/w updates manually to avoid having these resources running as a service. Is there any downside to just uninstalling both Dell Support Assistant and Dell Update?
