Dell Command Center won't open after an update

Hello,

I just downloaded an update recommended by my Dell Command Center (Intel-Serial-IO-Driver_55PHH) from the Dell U.S. website (it wouldn't just download from the app) and now the application won't open. I'm trying to contact the technical support team but the page with the contact info won't open either.
