Cannot get Back Ground picture to show...
I have 4 screen names on my Windows XP. For some reason on one of them it is just blue and cannot set a picture as the back ground.

Is there an error message? If so, what is it?
Check that the user name has the privelages set to modify the computer settings. I would suspect that this one is not set as an admin.
You might want to check the security settings from an administrator profile, go to Start>Administrator Tools>Local Security Policy
If you can give more details, a solution can be furnishes sooner
