Bluetooth Earphones Crackling Audio

I am using Oneplus Bluetooth earphones. Since I upgraded my laptop to Windows 11, I am facing crackling sounds from earphones. I tried to troubleshoot by the windows troubleshoot option, but it is not fixing. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall Oneplus drivers for audio, Bluetooth, sound from device manager, but no positive results. I have also tried to enable and disable sound enhancement. But when I reset my earphone, sometimes it is temporarily fixing the issue until I restart my laptop. Only by going back to Windows 10 is permanently fixing this issue. Maybe it's a bug with windows 11, but don't know how to fix it.

I have the same problem after upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- laptop: Dell Inspiron 5593
- headphones: Philips SH402

I reset laptop to factory state (still Windows 11) and reinstalled bluetooth driver (10.0.0.1118) and it solved problem ... until next reboot. Now reinstalling driver doesn't help any more, sound is crackling all the time with any sound source: Spotify, YouTube, Netflix  and windows system sounds. Sound on speakers or cable headphones is clear so it is apparently bluetooth problem.

My headphones with another bluetooth source (Android phone, TV) works fine, crackling is only with Dell laptop and Windows 11.

Last night I have upgraded my system to Windows 11, and I used those Oneplus earphones, but this time I think they have fixed that issue.

If you are still facing the same issue, contact Microsoft, and your system company. I also recommend that upgrade your system, only when you are started to get the upgrade option from settings.
