I am getting  one below message in my Dell laptop 

your device ran into a problem and need to restart we're just collecting some error info, and then we'll
restart for you

 

Laptop restart and close my all windows my office work impacting and also time westing please suggest what i do and fix this issue so my laptop is working fine..

processor is : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11320H @ 3.20GHz 2.50 GHz

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

What is the exact model number of your system and what program or operation were you running when the error occurred? Also did you see a specific error that was indicated? Have you recently added any programs or made changes such as an update? More information is required in order to help diagnose the problem.

@abhaypatwa , to add to what @JOcean said, you haven't mentioned whether the blue-screen problem happens repeatedly, occasionally, or only once. You may want to download BlueScreenView freeware which can scan the error info Windows mentioned collecting when it shut down. Some help is available here.

Generic windows 10 STOP 7B.  Its dead,  drive needs to be replaced.

All your data is gone.

Without USB or DVD recovery media and new drive you are likely dead forever.   Never seen auto repair fix this EVER.
