Clean install of Windows 11 via USB on my Aurora R15

Alienware Aurora R15

Alienware Aurora R15

I am trying to do a clean install of Win11 via USB and am running into an issue.  The installation program does not recognize either of the two NVME SSDs installed on the computer.  Is there a setting in bios that needs to be changed or is there a specific driver for these SSDs that I need to be aware of?

Thank you!

Hi

As you have 2 nvme drives, maybe they are defaulting to RAID array and you need something like AHCI selected?

BIOS is setup by default to use RAID mode.

You would have to switch to AHCI mode in order to setup a new installation, or manually extract and add the RAID drivers to the installation media.
