VxRail Manager Unexpected error

I am unable to access the vxRail Manager this morning.  This is the error message that I received:

Unexpected Error

VxRail Manager got an error when getting the dark site configuration and is unable to load the page. Please try restarting the service and access VxRail Manager again.

Service timeout, please retry.

I also noticed high CPU utilization on the Virtual Machine.  Any recommendations?  Should I just try restarting the virtual machine?
