CCA process for VPLEX code upgrade.
Hello,
Does anyone know how to initiate a CCA process for VPLEX code upgrade?
I don't know where to get logon or how to get credentials in order to start the CCA process.

Do you work for an EMC Services Partner? If so you can access the CCA tool from the Partner Portal, Services and Support Delivery Resources, then select Delivery Resources.

If you are a partner/EMC you should know it if not then just submit the SR and they will do the cca and planning . If your VPLEX is connected with ESRS they can check all the required information else you need to send more details
