@AHMAD YASEEN  that logo is embedded into the UEFI firmware.  Systems that boot in UEFI mode show a firmware-level graphic while the OS is loading in the background.  This has been true since UEFI systems started appearing over 5 years ago and this is not just for Dell systems; it's industry-wide behavior, and the default logo normally is the manufacturer's logo.  Some systems/motherboards allow custom graphics, but if you don't see an option for that somewhere in your system's BIOS Setup, then yours doesn't.  I haven't seen a Dell system that does offer that, for what it's worth.

The OS splash screen (which is the Microsoft logo for Windows) is only shown on systems that boot in Legacy BIOS mode.  However, even if your system supports that, I would not recommend switching from UEFI to Legacy BIOS.

You say you switched from Legacy to UEFI.  I told you about that UEFI mode is what causes the Dell logo to appear instead of the Microsoft logo.  If you switch to Legacy mode, then the Dell logo should only appear at initial startup and you should see the Microsoft logo while the OS loads -- but switching to Legacy will require you to reinstall the OS.  If you want to get rid of the logo completely, then I don't believe that is possible.  The logo is part of the system BIOS/firmware that is flashed onto the motherboard.  You can't remove it.  And to my knowledge, even if you were capable of creating a hacked firmware file to flash into the system, Dell systems do not accept firmware that has not been digitally signed by Dell or that has an invalid digital signature because it was modified.  I don't think it is possible to get rid of that logo.

Out of curiosity, why do you care so much about seeing the Microsoft logo instead of the Dell logo while the OS is loading?

First you need to disable secure boot in bios then download hackbgrt.

Before launching setup.exe change the image splash.bmp and replace it with your image. Note that your image has to be bmp format. Then launch it and do all the steps it tells you to do. If my reply solved your issue, hit the accept as solution button.

@AHMAD YASEEN  If you can, I don't know of any software that Dell has released for that purpose.  But honestly given that modern systems boot in just a few seconds and therefore the boot logo is only shown for a few seconds, why do you care so much?  It's just a boot logo, and since under normal boot scenarios there's nothing you would have to do while the boot logo is being displayed anyway, you don't even have to look at it.  If you really like the Windows logo so, then set it as your lock screen and/or desktop background and you'll be able to see it a whole lot more.

Your request is non-sense.

UEFI is the latest bios technology, it allows for faster boots due to more optimized system initialization.

UEFI boot will show the Dell logo - and that is the way you need to get full speed of Win 8/10.

CSM/Legacy boot will show Windows logo. This mode is not so optimized.

I have both specific and easy to understand answers.

Easy Answer:

Newer computers DON'T have the windows logo. They only show the manufacturer's logo on startup (Like Dell's logo).

Specific answer:

Newer computers use the "UEFI" firmware. The logo was removed to decrease boot times. Windows loads faster without the logo.

the reason I want it gone is because I like to see the start up info instead of the logo , its a nice logo but I would rather see any errors on start up
