Icannot add comments on You Tube

I cannot reply or comments on You Tube, but I can reply to issues on the New York Post (nypost.com).

I removed windows an replaced it with Linux Mint, but the issue remained exactly the same.  It could be a missing codex or something, but with a new OS this seems unlikely. There must be some sort button or internal setting, perhaps something in the bios. Maybe someone has a better suggestion.
