Windows XP 64 bit Professional Driver missing

installed Win XP 64 in a Vostro 200

the Dell site driver is for XP but did not say 32 or 64

by default I think it implies 32 bit only

because on other Dell support site when it is 64 it is mentioned specifically

anyway the G33 video driver does not work nor does LAN driver

I do not need LAN as this is a old gaming pc for off line single player (Intel LAN driver install incurs same error)

but Win XP installed standard VGA adapter with resolution of 1024

looks okay but without proper driver, the standby option is grayed out

I tried many XP 64 bit G33 driver for other Dell models like this one https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-vg/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=dw5kv

,  none would work, they all get error: this pc does not meet minimum software requirement to install

strange

Intel has no G33 driver available now for XP 64 either

tried Intel G33 for Win 7 got error in dev mgr

In the end I had to search on Gigabyte site for G33 XP 64 bit VGA driver.  It works smoothly installing in Dell G33

XP 32 bit much easier to install driver but it shows only 3 GB out of 4 GB ram installed.  the so called 3 GB barrier as the additional 1GB reserved for system.

XP 64 is able to show all 4 GB ram available

realtek audio driver install stalled asking me to update Microsoft audio bus driver.  another hurdle.  found some UAA cab file but did not know how to install or update audio codec in dev mgr.

read some more on the internet.  realized I have XP 64 SP1 installed.  found official XP 64 SP2 iso which downloads fast and burn on CD.  SP2 directly installs on XP 64.  this enabled realtek audio smooth install.  but I get some strange distortion of sound of Win XP shut down.  did not have this w XP 32.
