useless dell customer

I san my pc for error using support assistant os recovery tool due to grinding noise from hard drive then i got a error when i scaned the or code it said hard drive replacement part free under warrant sign in and add your sipping address. Then i filed the form after 3 days also its saying information not available. Please help

Hard drives are only guaranteed for one year. After that you buy your own. Drives fail all the time. If you are still under one year warranty- Contact Dell Support directly.

Running the ePSA Diagnostics
Invoke diagnostics boot by either of the methods that are suggested below:
Power on the computer.
As the computer boots press the F12 key when the Dell logo is displayed.
In the boot menu screen, use Up/Down arrow key to select the Diagnostics option and then press Enter.
NOTE: The Enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment window displays, listing all devices detected in the computer. The diagnostics start running the tests on all the detected devices.
Press the arrow in the lower-right corner to go to the page listing.
The detected items are listed and tested.
To run a diagnostic test on a specific device, press Esc and click Yes to stop the diagnostic test.
Select the device from the left pane and click Run Tests.
If there are any issues, error codes are displayed.
Note the error code and contact Dell.
