Ethernet device missing on Vostro 3668
Vostro 3667 Desktop
Hi there, I have a Dell Vostro 3668 PC. But the Dell website automatically detects my pc by another version(3667). Follow the image below.

By the way, I am in a problem with my pc. My PC has a Lan port & I connect a Lan cable to this. The Lan port's led also blinking which means the data has been transmitted. But the pc can't connect to the LAN network. Follow the image below.

And I can't find the network connection to the system tray & also can't find the adapter to the device manager. Follow the image below.
I have tried so many times by uninstalling and installing the device driver. But I fail to solve it. Please help me with this issue.

Access the BIOS, F2 at boot, and confirm that the NIC is enabled. Also run diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any errors. It is possible that the MB port has a problem. And for the record, the 3667 and 3668 use the same driver for the Ethernet device. If that does not help you could install an Ethernet card such as those available at Amazon here.
