My goal is to add an 4GB AMD GPU in order to mine Ethereum. Do you know which would be compatible and be the best for this build? I got pretty lucky with it so far. It has a stock 350 Watt PSU installed. I might have to bring that up to 500 or 550 watts, but I need to keep costs down to make this project profitable.

Thank you for your help in advance!

Dell does not support mining so most of your answers will not be forthcoming.  You purchased something too old and too slow with tiny power supply that wont be worth mining due to such a small hash rate and only 1 GPU support.

It will take 100 years for you to recover even your initial investment.
