Dell Vostro 200 slim Upgrade

Hello. I hope this forum is still active. I got this old pc and want to upgrade it so that at least it can run Minecraft smoothly. It's Dell Vostro 200 slim tower with Intel Core 2 E4300 @ 1.80 GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, and I don't think it has GPU on it.

This PC motherboard model is Foxconn G33M02 which only supports LGA775 CPU socket ( i think). I'm planning to buy an Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 @ 3.33GHZ and upgrading to 4 GB RAM.

Is it worth buying or should I buy other processors? and should I get a GPU with it?

This is an entry level model. Its cpu spec with core2 duo is below Minecraft Minimum Requirements: CPU: Intel Core i3 3210 | AMD A8 7600 APU or equivalent. RAM: 4 GB RAM. HDD: 180 MB to 1 GB available space. GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 or AMD Radeon R5 series | NVIDIA GeForce 400 Series or AMD Radeon HD 7000 series. OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or later. Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 or better. Even if you upgrade to core 2duo E8600, it is still 29% slower than i3 3210. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core2-Duo-E8600-vs-Intel-Core-i3-3210/m124vsm3090 V200 has a small psu. It is SFF . For video card you can only use low profile card that does not require 6 pin power connector.
