Boot up issue in dell vostro 3470
Hi team,
For the past one week whenever I boot my pc I tend to get a error. When the dell logo appears my pc asks me to wait and after a while my pc blank outs and it opens up in recovery pc. There I click on restart my pc option. After that only my pc starts. In that recovery screen it tells that you pc didn't start properly. I don't know why this happened but I used to run all scans, check for corrupted files and also restart my pc thrice a day. Mine is just a one year old win10 pc. I have the latest win10 updates and support assist didn't find any drivers, so I think that I'm up to date.Few months ago my pc behaved so weirdly, it just freaked me out like anything. It just hangs up. Even my start menu will not even load. Then I reported this issue to dell and they told me to reset my pc. Please look into this issue and solve it.

Sir few months ago, like some two to three months ago when this COVID19 lockdown started I got similar kind of issues which were severe than this one. Like for example my pc took a lot of time to boot itself, it took a lot of time to respond, it hung suddenly and frequently. So at that time I contacted a dell support person through dell chat, he told me to reset my pc. Then as he said I have reset my pc and It was all better. Now after few months again my pc literally became slow, but it is comparatively better than those days. So I think resetting pc will not be a better solution because these days lockdown is severe and if my pc crashes then I will not be able to take my pc for a service center or even if I give it to service center I may not be get it soon if my pc has a major issue. I'm writing this reply to you using the same defective pc only. My pc has a total of 4GB RAM and the available ram is 3.8GB. My pc uses 3.1GB of ram. It uses 3.1GB of ram even when there are no apps running on my pc, it uses this much of ram after it boots up. So I think this might be the problem, so please tell me a solution for this.
