SSH Login VNXe 3100

Good day!

Can you help me, i have a trouble with login via ssh.

Im already try to reset password by pressing button on back panel, and it works for web gui. After this operation i can login using admin/Password123#, next i'm changing both (service and admin) password, but i still cant login via ssh, with admin/mynewpassword.

Where is my fault?

Hello,

If you are getting a login prompt, SSH is already enabled.

Please note that SSH access is only available to the user - service. Try logging in to SSH with service user and the password you have set. admin user is not granted SSH access.

Hey Disa,

Please verify you already enabled SSH connection on VNXe Unisphere. Then, use service account to login VNXe via SSH.
