Question about KB3146706 offered in April's Updates

Back on April 13th., when I checked to see what I had for Important updates to be installed for the month of April, I found there were eight of them, and they were all pre-selected, (they had a checkmark in their box's). When I went to install them on April 19th., I found the checkmark had been removed from KB3146706. I did not remove the checkmark so am assuming that Microsoft did it. I left it alone and installed the other seven. This also happened on my wife's computer. Both are Windows 7 Home Premium PC's.
This update is still pending to be installed, (no checkmark), but I don't know what, (if anything) I should be doing with it. I have done searches on Internet to see if any problems have been reported on this update and have not found anything.
Is there anybody else on this Forum seeing this on their computer? Does anyone have this update installed and not having any problems? Should I just wait and see if the checkmark comes back on it's own?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I installed that update on 4/12, on a Win7x64 SP1 system, and have not noted any problems.
It's part of MS16-044: Security Update for Windows OLE (3146706) https://technet.microsoft.com/library/security/MS16-044
There is no indication there that this update has been revised... so it would seem still applicable.

And I installed it in Win 7 Pro+SP1, 32-bit, with no apparent issues.
Did it need one of the other updates installed first so could that be why it got unchecked? And now it's ready to be installed?

I have installed the update on my computer and every thing seems to be working fine. Thank you both for responding to my inquiry. Your input helped push me along to install it.
