Can't remove Blaster worm

I am having problems removing the blaster worm. I downloaded the removal tool and the updates I need,but everytime I try to run the tool a window pops up that says I need another file called MS03-26 in order to run it. What can I do to remove this worm? I don't know what else to do. Thanks for any help.
