Adobe Flash Player Not Updating In Windows 10?
I have a Dell OptiPlex 3020 with Windows 10. My Adobe Flash Player version is 32.0.0.330 but the newest Adobe Flash Player version is 32.0.0.363. I am using Edge and Internet Explorer as my browsers. I understand that Adobe Flash Player is embedded in Edge and Internet Explorer but was wondering is it possible to upgrade my version of Adobe Flash Player to the latest version. Do I have a problem with my computer or is everyone who is using Edge or Internet Explorer also have Adobe Flash Player version 32.0.0.330 in their Windows 10 computers? Is it safe to use the computer without having the latest Adobe Flash Player Version? I would appreciate any suggestions.

The latest Flash Player on Windows 10, for both Internet Explorer and Edge ("Classic") is indeed 32.0.0.330, and this cannot be updated any further. The newer versions of Flash offer "program enhancements and bug fixes", but NO "security fixes", so Adobe and Microsoft consider you to be "safe".
To clarify, Edge (Chromium) HAS automatically been updated to the newer Flash 32.0.0.363.
You may optionally update Flash in Firefox, Palemoon, MyPal &etc. from https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe

hi p4445.
Microsoft will only issue an updated Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer & Classic Edge (not Chromium Edge) if there is a new security vulnerability with Flash Player. you may have to wait months for that to happen since Flash Player is hardly used these days and Adobe & Microsoft plan to end support for Flash Player by the end of 2020.
