Tablet Is Dead. - Venue Pro 11 (7130). - Now what?

It was using windows 8.1, was working fine one day without any signs of trouble, the next day, it won't turn on, 

Only the orange (red?) LED comes on indicating that the charger is connected.

I've already attempted those special button combinations, 20 seconds and such, or other combinations for diagnosis mode or bios. but nope, the only thing that happens is LED briefly flashes, goes dark again, then back to orange, and the device continues sitting there doing nothing like a potato.

The charger and battery have already been verified and they don't have issues.
There are no issues with the wifi card or ssd either.

Haven't taken it apart completely yet, but it's likely that I will need spare parts or get a replacement.
I'll see if Dell is able to help me first, otherwise, I have the ability to replace faulty parts myself, but I don't have the spare parts available, I'm in Australia, It would be great to find parts locally from another experienced mob who are familiar with this situation. :emotion-15:

Also. I'm not very impressed with Dell site..- Have spent many many many hours over the last few weeks making attempts at contacting support, but was continually going around in circles and getting nowhere, for some reason every* support webform I tried inexplicably refused to function properly for me and would reject my submission, (*I managed to get onto sales department but they said to contact technical support.) luckily this forum exists or I might have had to actually resort to using the ol' telephone, and we all know what fun that is, don't we.:-|
