Does anyone know if the PN557W stylus works on Latitude 5175?

I recently got a Latitude 5175 with a mini active pen under the keyboard. It's too small so I'm looking for a stylus that works with it. I found the PN556W works with it and is compatible but its almost $200NZD here in my country. I saw a PN557W on sale instead and when I checked Amazon if its compatible it says yes because it includes the 5175 on it's list. But on the Dell website it does not. So I'm confused. On every other product description like Ebay, Amazon etc it says it works on 5175. Is there some backward compatibility between PN556W and PN557W? I want to get the PN557W because its cheaper and ships locally in my country and its a newer model I think.
