Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
Have you done some re configuration on your RAID? Or is there any changed you made recently?
Respectfully.

Hi, confirm that your new drives are branded by DELL and have Dell firmware installed. Additionally, verify if they are detected within iDRAC and the drive’s status is accurate/healthy (you can check this on iDRAC -> storage -> physical disk -> details) Restart iDRAC and observe the job status afterward.

If it isn't completing or canceling the job in the iDrac you can try running the following command to clear the job from the idrac queue
racadm jobqueue delete --all
If you are going to try it again, which I would ensire you backup all the data before doing so, I would suggest you ensure the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and the raid controller.
Let me know if this helps.

IDrac factory reset done.
All the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, and the raid controller in LifeCycle Controller.
Is there an other way to know the versions ?
The problem stills.

alouest03,
Would you confirm the controller installed on the server, as well as what you see if you access the raid controller BIOS?
Also, after clearing the queue, if you restart do you still see the job in queue?
Let me know.

After clearing the queue with racadm command line , after restart I do still see the job in queue.
Same after reset the raid controller to factory defaults in bios.
I set the controller mode to hba and all the disks to non raid in the bios for my purposes.

Would you confirm if you have a backup of the data, I ask as you may want to try removing the drives, deleting the raid configuration, then doing the iDrac reset, then afterwards reconfiguring the drives on the controller again. You also may want to consider calling into support, as this may take direct access to the server.

Is the server up to date on the latest BIOS, iDrac, Raid controller, and drive updates?

hello
the server has been updated all the drivers, it has been done as indicated above and remains the same, it has been tried to restart cold, hot, shutdown and more things and continues with the same problem since yesterday ....
Is there any phone or way to contact support to solve it quickly? because we are in a hurry, as we have to deliver this server this week as deadline, to the client.
we are in spain

You can find the numbers to reach support here, you will just need to call the one specific to your warranty level.
