SCOM 2019 and Dell Storage Monitoring setup

Hello Everyone,

I am a fairly new SCOM engineer (3 Months exp) and have been thrown in the deep end a bit.

I need to finalise a new deployment and this includes Dell Storage monitoring and other parts, but Dell is concerning me a bit.

Current site:

Multiple Domain - 2 way trusts

SCOM on Domain A

DELL hardware on Doman B

SCOM GateWay Server setup on Domain B for agent communication for Domain B assets.

Dell Compellent SC9000

Dell Equallogic PS6110

I need to be able to monitor both the compellent and equlaogic storage on Domain B via Management servers on Domain A.

I have looked into this and from what I can see there are a number of discrepancies to be able to carry this out.

It is looking like I will need to take multiple approaches to achieve this for both storage types from what I can gather.

This is not incorporating the fact I can find ZERO information in regards to setting any monitoring via a GateWay server.

PS6110 - Unable to find anything as it looks like it isn't supported by SCOM 2019

If anyone is able to point me in the right direction, I would be extremely grateful.
