Drac 5 Remote connection
I'm sitting with a Poweredge 2950, with a Drac 5 card. And try as I might, I cannot get the remote console to work on windows 11. The only time I saw it was today for the first time on a windows 7 laptop with Internet explorer. But it was video display only, with no input going through
Windows 11 refuses to run its Internet explorer, and forces Edge open. Cannot disable it, cannot uninstall the updates.
Tried different browser versions:
Opera 36 (java plugin error)
Firefox 87 (blank popup)
Firefox 54 (blank popup)
Firefox 7.01 (blank popup)
Firefox 6 (blank popup)
Firefox 1.5 (blank popup)
Every solution I can think of ends up in failure, maintaining Firefox 87, just so I can connect to the Drac 5 website of the server.
I am more than willing to settle for a ssh connection as long as I can see the output and can send input, but I dont know what else I should try, and have run out of ideas.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I'm afraid you have quite a dated server with a dated drac version on a recent OS version. I don't think they can be compatible to work together.

then which browser will actually work? The drac 5 manual recommends java 1.6 and up, and i have java 1.8 installed. Tried various different firefox versions as well. and the only browser i know works is internet explorer. and window$ 11 refuses to allow me to launch it, edge that they force on me cannot display the remote connection.
