Dell EMC Server Deployment Pack v4.1 and MECM(SCCM)
I installed the Dell deployment pack v4.1 and when i look in the MECM console no options show for the dell options.
Can someone please assist, i am looking to create boot images so i can create a master image to image servers.
No Events found!

I followed the installation guide, made sure the Windows deployment kits were up to date before. Checked all the compatibilities. Not sure where to look.

I can see under 'Application Management > Packages> Dell PowerEdge Deployment' but under boot images when I right click i don't see Dell.... as an option like in the user guide.

It sounds like the steps outlined below didnt work, or that the overall DSDP had an issue integrating in.
I would suggest that you retry the steps and see.
Also on a side note, this tool isn't really used as much since the release of the OpenManage Enterprise plugin for it, so that may be an option for you to consider.

No, you would need to use openmanage and then configure as outlined in the documents here.

Yes, that is correct.
Regarding the issue you have I would make sure it definitely imported the CAB, and if so after that I would reinstall DSDP.

Based on the image I shared previously
You should be able to locate the CAB files on the support page for the specific platform. Another option would be to call in to the System Management team and work with them, as they would be able to work on it directly with you.

You will need to enter a svc tag for a system in order to process through.

all support options i choose has me enter a product serial and issue before i can get a number.

You would call in to your regional support and let them know the product you are working with and then request the System Mgmt/Openmanage group. They should be able to route you to them.
