Dell Support Drivers & Downloads never populates, just a spinning wheel
For the last two days the Dell support web site Drivers & Downloads hasn't been showing any downloads. It merely spins a wheel and never provides access to drivers.
I've tried this from multiple browsers and computers, used multiple service tags, both in and out of support, and generic computer models (eg, "Latitude 5420") as well.

The Latitude 5420 Drivers & Downloads page showed correctly for me. Windows 11, Chrome browser.

It's not working for me on any OS, any browser I try it on.
I've tried it on too many devices for this to be a single platform issue.

Read this. That user had to install the SupportAssist App before the drivers list showed. I also have the SupportAssist App on my work Latitude 5540.

@DELL-Chris M I'm in a corporate environment, and we normally use dell command update, today its not working, it just spins.
over an hour for both a precision 7770 and a 7510
looks like the dell driver servers are having "issues"

It should now be working on Dell PC that do not have Dell SupportAssist installed.
